  • Initial Consultation

A short, obligation free discussion where we determine whether the mediation process is right for you.

The Mediator will give their initial thoughts on the dispute, and help to familiarise you with the mediation process.

Your questions are more than welcome!

  • Preliminary Conference

The Mediator will meet with each party individually to discuss the dispute in depth.

All relevant information you may have relating to the dispute will be confidentially and thoroughly reviewed.

Once both parties have met with the mediator, a date for mediation is booked.

  • Mediation Day

The Mediation will take place virtually via Video or Telephone Conference.

The Mediator will facilitate a guided, impartial, and confidential discussion between the parties.

All pertinent issues will be explored during Mediation.

Following Mediation, the parties will be seen individually to generate agreement options moving forward.

  • Agreement Drafting

If you reach a resolution to your dispute, the Mediator will assist the parties in drafting the Terms of Agreement.

Conflict in the workplace should be addressed early. A guided impartial and confidential mediation process can be the perfect way to get two conflicting parties starting to turn their minds towards moving forward.
